General Information
Das Landgut “Il Poggetto” befindet sich im Herzen der Toskana. Dieser Gutshof, von welchem man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die sanfte Hügellandschaft geniessen kann, ist nur wenige Kilometer von San Gimignano und anderen mittelalterlichen Dörfern entfernt. Der Gutshof, der mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen ist, ist ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die zahlreichen historischen Zentren und Kunststädte wie z.B. Certaldo, Montaione, Monteriggioni, Colle Val D'Elsa, Volterra, Florenz und Siena. In diesem kleinen Gutshof können Sie sich entspannen und einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in den grünen Sienesischen Hügeln, inmitten von Chianti-Weinbergen mit kontrollierter und garantierter Ursprungsbezeichnung, alten Olivenhainen, jahrhundertalten Eichen, Wäldern und Kleinvieh, verbringen.
Alle seit kurzem restaurierten Wohnungen sind mit Etagenheizung und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Ein Teil des Gutshofs, der nicht für die Gäste bestimmt ist, wird von der Gastfamilie bewohnt, die sich weiterhin mit der landwirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit beschäftigt. Dem Haus anliegend befindet sich eine Loggia, wo das Frühstück serviert wird - mit Ofen und Barbecue ausgestattet -, ein Kinderspielplatz und ein Swimmingpool, von welchem man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf San Gimignano geniessen kann.
