Podere Pietreta est subdivisé en trois appartements; ils sont tous équipés de cheminée et de chauffage autonome, de télévision par satellite, de lave-vaisselle, de four, d'une entrée indépendante, d'un espace extérieur réservé et équipé.
L’Olivo (4+2 lits): un séjour avec cheminée, salle à manger avec coin cuisine, deux chambres avec lit deux places, deux salles de bains avec douche.
Il Pozzo (4 lits): un séjour/salle à manger avec cheminée et coin cuisine, une chambre avec un lit deux places, une chambre avec deux lits simples, deux salles de bains avec douche.
L’Arco (2+2 lits): un séjour/salle à manger avec cheminée et coin cuisine, une chambre avec un lit deux places, une salle de bains avec douche.

Another outstanding feature is that some of the best-known thermal spa resorts - San Casciano thermal baths, the thermal pools in Sarteano, Bagni San Filippo, the Chianciano hydro-spa centres etc. – are only about 30 minutes drive away.
