 General Information

Villa. The beautiful master’s villa has an austere Tuscan architectural structure, of some 600 square metres distributed on two floors:
on the ground floor you will find the entrance, a large sitting room with Tuscan-style fireplace, a sitting-room, a dining room, a card room, a TV room, bathroom, a large kitchen with fireplace, a service room and a cellar;
on the first floor there is a billiard room, a double bedroom + bathroom with tub, four twin-bedded rooms, each with its own bathroom with tub, and a single room + bathroom with shower;
beds: 11.
The villa has a private entrance to the exclusive park with high-growing trees that surrounds it, where there is also the pool, equipped with tables, chairs, deck-chairs and sunshades.

Bruco (The Caterpillar). This large, 124 square metre, two-floor independent small villa has been created by connecting the old priest’s accommodation with the coach-house.
The ground floor is subdivided by an arch in the living room with fireplace and kitchen/dining room. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom;
the bedrooms are located on the first floor:
a double bedroom + bathroom with shower;
a twin-bedded room + bathroom with tub;

Onda (The Sea-wave). Selva (The Wood). Aquila (The Eagle). This comfortable 91 square metre apartment was one of the old warehouses and is situated on the ground floor and consists of a living room with fireplace, a kitchen-dining room, a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room, a single bedroom, a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower. Torre (The Tower). Made out of the former barn and warehouse, it is a spacious 114 square metre apartment on two floors:
located on the ground floor, there are the dining/living room with fireplace and the kitchen;
on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room, a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower;

Drago (The Dragon). Created in the former barn and warehouse, this is a large 121 square metre apartment on two floors:
on the ground floor there are the dining/living room with fireplace, the kitchen, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom with shower;
on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a single room + a sofa-bed and a bathroom with tub;
beds: 5 + 1.

Istrice (The Porcupine). Created in the former barn and warehouse, this is a large 124 square metre apartment on two floors:
on the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace and the kitchen-dining room;
on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room, a bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower;
beds: 4.

Nicchio (The Shell). This 80 square metre apartment converted from the old stables is situated on the ground floor and equipped with a splendid panoramic terrace, in addition to a dining/living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room, two bathrooms with tub. Beds: 4

Civetta (The Owl). Situated on the first floor of the village’s oldest building, this delightful 83 square metre apartment comprises a dining/living room with fireplace, kitchen, a double bedroom, a single room, two bathrooms with shower. Beds: 3.
