General Information
Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb "I Peretti" hatte im Jahre 1500 Bartolomeo Peretti gehört. Durch seine Heldentaten gegen den Seeräuber Barbarossa wurde er zum Admiral des Kirchenstaates ernannt.
Die Familie Agostini besitzt diesen Betrieb seit drei Generationen. Der gleichnamige agritouristische Betrieb wurde im Jahre 1992 geschaffen; Andreas und seine Frau Silvia sind die jetzigen Leiter. In diesem Hof vereinen sich der Zauber der Vergangenheit und eine moderne Organisation.
Der Betrieb erstreckt sich über 36 Hektar: 1 ha Wald, 1 ha Olivenhain, 5 ha Futterpflanzen, 15 ha Hartweizen, 8 ha Sonnenblumen und 5 ha Gemüse.
Hier kann man allen örtlichen Produkte der Landwirtschaft (z. B. Wein, Olivenöl, Obst der Jahreszeit, Honig, Käse u.s.w.) kosten.
Hier werden auch die sehr starken und zahmen Maremmenpferde gezüchtet, mit denen Andreas eindruksvolle Spazierritte veranstaltet.
ZIMMER und Wohnungen
Die Gäste des Hofs finden eine ruhige Landschaft mitten im Grünen. Man kann sich im Schatten der alten Zypressen und Pinien entspannen und auf dem Grundstück spazieren gehen (ca. 1000qm).
