General Information
A few kilometres from Grosseto, in the heart of Maremma Nature Reserve, is the Agricultural Estate of Uccellina covering 400 hectares, amidst cultivated land, woody areas and access to the sea.
The excellent geographical location and the Reserve’s unique inland position, allow you to cross the protected area diagonally, admiring different landscapes from plains to hilly slopes and down to the sea.
The Agricultural Estate of Uccellina is an ideal place for animal lovers and for a holiday that regenerates total well-being by staying in close contact with nature. Furthermore, it enables you to quickly reach the cities of art such as Siena, Pisa, Florence, Rome and the important Etruscan-Roman archaeological sites of Cosa, Roselle, Vetulonia.
The Agricultural Estate of Uccellina is composed of two ancient Tuscany country houses “Giulia” and “Giobatta” recently restored and very well furnished with an area of about 800 metres between them and linked to agro-tourism vineyard.
The two houses are divided into two-bed room and three-bed room apartments
all of which have a very spectacular view of the reserve.
Two-room apartments
Has a double room, a living room with a bed sit, kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and a TV.
Three-room apartments
Has an extra room as compared to a two-room apartment.
Our Apartments, “Giulia” and “Giobatta”, are surrounded by a big lawn equipped with tables, chairs and sun lounges and if the weather permits you can eat outside. Small pets are welcome here, the intention to bring them along must be communicated at the time of booking.
The access to the Agricultural Estate of Uccellina is protected by an electric gate. A private parking and children’s play park are at your disposal.
The two apartments comply with the law for the disabled.

Location Description
Unexploited for centuries, Maremma encompasses 130km of the coastline, an infinite series of creeks, coastal marshland, forests and maquis where beaches, pine forests and a range of magnificent reefs interchange and numerous inlets that hosts various safe dockings such as Talamone, the Porto S. Stefano, Porto Ercole, Cala Galera, Marina di Grosseto, Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia and those of the Islands of Giglio and Giannutri. These places in addition to Follonica and Principina, which are by the sea, offer very good accommodation facilities in an area that has wholly conserved its natural characteristics.
The numerous protected areas such as Maremma’s Natural Reserve, Orbetello Lagoon, Burano and Accesa lakes and the marshy areas of Diaccia Botrona represent a real and perfect paradise for nature lovers.
