 General Information

Villa Bellaria is located in Campagnatico, a small village (275 meters above sea level) that overlooks the Ombrone river valley. The Villa is surrounded by a 3 Hectare (11 acre) park where guests can walk in tranquility and solitude. A raised garden-terrace, with a view of the Ombrone river, overlooks the park. This charming area, illuminated at night by ancient lamps, is an ideal location to relax and sunbathe during the day.

 

The apartments are situated in the former Farm and Olive Press buildings, in the park. The apartments have been recently restored and are refined. The furniture is simple, and in some case antique. Upon request we can provide a children's bed and a television.

 

TYPES OF APARTMENT:

 

ONE ROOM APARTMENT: It includes a single room (40 square meters) with a living room, a queen size sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

 

TWO ROOM APARTMENT: It includes a living room with a queen size sofa bed and a kitchenette, one bathroom with shower and one bedroom with a queen size bed.

 

THREE ROOM APARTMENT: An apartment of 70 square meters wich include a living room with a kitchenette and a queen size sofa bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with two full size bed, and a bathroom with shower.
