Auf 300 m Höhe erstreckt sich zwischen Florenz und Greve in Chianti über 35 Hektar Land das Gut "La Presura". Es ist der erste landwirschaftliche Betrieb, der in den anmutigen Hügeln des Chianti Classico Gebietes seine Tore für Gaste öffnet.
Das Gut stellt seinen Gästen 8 im toskanischen Stil restaurierte Ferienwohnungen/Apartments zur Vermietung bereit.
Die Apartments sind im rustikalen Stil der Toskana eingerichtet und verfügen über jeden Komfort:
- Eigene und selbst zu regulierende Heizung
- Satellitenfernsehen
- Zentrale Lüftung
- Küche mit Kuhlschrank
- Föhn

UNSERE SERVICELEISTUNGEN:
