Le Civette sind der ideale Platz für jene, die einen Urlaub mitten in den Schönheiten des toskanischen Landes verbringen wollen ohne deshalb auf die Annehmlichkeiten und Bequemlichkeiten der Stadt zu verzichten.
Le Civette sind ein exklusiver, kultivierter Agritourismus für alle Freunde von Florenz und seiner Umgebung, einem noch nicht verschandelten Paradies, nur 3 km von Florenz entfernt, in der Gemeinde Bagno a Ripoli, einem alten römischen Badeort.
2004 wurden Le Civette eröffnet nach der sorgfältigen Restaurierung eines Bauernhauses aus dem 19. Jahrhundert. Diese Restaurierung hat die ursprünglichen architektonischen Besonderheiten respektiert und begeistert durch den Stil und die klassische Einrichtung nach alter toskanischer Tradition. Die Sorgfalt, die auf jedes einzelne Detail verwendet wurde und die besondere Eleganz des Ambiente wird auch anspruchsvolle Gäste zufriedenstellen.
Le Civette sind auch ein Weingut mit circa 6 Hektar und produziert ein echtes hochgeschätztes Olivenöl von höchstem Niveau. Das Gut ist seit vielen Jahren Teil eines großen Geländes, auf dem Fasane und Hasen neu angesiedelt worden sind.
