Welcome to farmhouse “S.Maria”, agriturismo located in the sun kissed rolling hills of Tuscany surrounded by vineyards, centuries old cypresses and olive-trees in the quaint old-village of Alberi.
Our farmholiday is a little jewel of architecture that contains 10 nice farmhouse style flats.
“S.Maria” has not been restored but is a new building made in the old style of the traditional Tuscan architecture. Every detail was arranged with great care by the owners. This family tenancy creates a simple but hospitable environment and assures our guests daily assistance.
You can visit Firenze, Pisa, S.Gimignano, Siena and all the other hidden treasures in the enchanting green valleys. Don’t forget to enjoy the local Tuscan cuisine, home made pasta, wine etc.. it is a celebration of flavours, culture and nature!

Beautiful furnished flats where you can spend unforgettable holidays. Image entering: Tuscan cotto's floors, wood beams, stone arches and oak furniture. Combined with the comforts of modern life, each apartment is furnished with full kitchen, bathroom, facilities, terrace or patio Attractively decorated interiors that create a warm and welcoming family atmosphere. Ten different types of flat supplied with kitchenware, dishwasher, refrigerator, gas-stove , farmhouse furniture(chest, kitchen, cupboard), wrought iron-beds(2m X1,60) orthopedic mattress, table and chairs on terrace or patio, heating, shower, bed-linen, towels, telephone . Sat/Tv on request.

- Trilo 4+1 guests: kitchen with sofa for 2, double bedroom, bath. Separate but just door to door, bedroom with 1,5 m bed, bath. Ground floor with terrace. Approx 55 m².
- Trilo m. 4 guests: On 2 floors, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies.
Approx. 65 m².
- Quadri 5-6 guests: On first floor. Kitchen, 3 Double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Balcony.
Approx 75 m².
Each apartment has its own terrace or balcony overlooking the garden for outside relaxation (breakfast, reading etc..)

In the Neighbourhood you can enjoy horse riding, fishing, cycling and walking. Mountain bikes, scooters and quads rental.Tennis and football at 5 km. Golf at 10.
