General Information
The ancient authentically restored colonist house lies among the hilly chianti woods, towards the Valdarno. We are at a short distance from the "Pintum" Park and from the medieval village, Moncioni, dating 1100, famous for the bell tower, proclaimed as the national monument. It is the land of ancient traditions like at the annual feast of the "Ruzzola".
Accomodation is offered as follows apartments:
Verde: 4+2 pax) Spacious lounge with beamed ceilings, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with shower.
Marrone (4+2 pax) Lounge with fireplace and cooking area, double bedroom, a second double bedroom with a bunk bed, bathroom with shower.
Azzurro (4+2 pax) Lounge with fireplace and double bed-settle, built-in cooking area, 2 double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
Giallo (2+1 pax) A small building on its own, entrance is into a pretty sitting room. Small kitchen/diner has cooking hob and fridge. Shower room with WC etc. and on the first floor is one double bedded room
Flats are provided with:
crockery
bathroom linen, bed linenand kitchen cloths
heating (not included in the price) according to seasons
A caution money of Lit. 300.000 is required on arrival
ilence and quiet reign over the farm Le Chiuse that is near to small towns (Montevarchi, S. Giovanni V.no, Terranuova B.ni) provided with every kind of shops.
Moncioni is a little village with services like Post-Office, Bar and Grocery.
The swimming pool is open from may and for every flat there is also a gazebo.
