General Information
Fattoria di Rendola is an ancient estate with a history influenced by famous italian families such as Ricasoli, Firidolfi and Canevaro.
The propriety is situated on the open hills of Chianti, surrounded by an extraordinary scenery rich in castles and old farms, with spectacular views over wine- and olive yards.
You find the Fattoria about 4 km. from Montevarchi. This city offers not only an interesting historical centre worth visiting, but is also both a commercial and industrial city with an idealy situated railwaystation providing easy transport and connections to the most significant cities of Tuscany: Florence, Arezzo and Siena.
The building in which you find the appartments is based in the very centre of the whole ancient farm area and is situated right next to the centuries-old gardens of the manor house.
The farmhouse has been restructured and divided into 5 appartments: Titlark, Nightingale, Robin, Blackcap, and Goldfinch. In the restauration phase the balance between the beauty of the antic building and the modern demands for comfortability has been emphasized.
In the beautiful gardens and grounds of the private manor house where also the peacocks freely roam you find the swimming pool; a 16X8 metres basin including a hydro-massage tub.

An apartment all on one level with a private terrace.

PETTIROSSO: SLEEPS 6
An apartment offering very spacious rooms and a high standard of interior furnishing. Two levels.
GROUND FLOOR: Living/dining room with kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath.
CAPINERA: SLEEPS 4
A ground floor apartment with terrace.
GROUND FLOOR: Living/dining room with kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 shower room.
CARDELLINO: SLEEPS 4
First floor apartment with independent entrance and loggia. Small terrace with lovely views over the surrounding countryside.
FIRST FLOOR: Living/dining room and an open fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower.
CANTINE (Cellars).
This part of the Fattoria is ideal for adult and/or junge people (couples) who are more interested on visiting Tuscany gather than relaxing on a pool.
Apartments and rooms have elegant forniture, air condition system.

-Osteria di Rendola. Very fine restaurant also located in one of the old buildings of the farm. You find it 300 m. down the road, opposite the vinecellar of Fattoria di Rendola.
