General Information
The agriturismo apartments are in two place into the border of the farm. Pilari apartments are in the center of the farm while the Passaggio apartments are far 500 metres from the other.
Pilari apartments are in the ancient village that is the farm heart and its origins are lost in the past. The part of the village restored is divided in three apartments: STALLA, CASTAGNOLO and TABACCAIA.
Passaggio apartments is divided in two old farm houses called Passaggio and Tabaccaia and each house has two apartments: PASSAGGIO FIRST FLOOR, PASSAGGIO SECOND FLOOR, TABACCAIA GREUND FLOOR and TABACCAIA FIRST FLOOR.
Each apartments has independent entrace and heating.
In the village of Mercatale, far about 1 km, you can find: 2 banks with bancomat, two supermarket, three bars, a chemistry, a post office , restourant and other services.
The farm is situated in Val di Piele, a small valley next to lake of Trasimeno, between Toscana and Umbria.
Here you can spend a beautifull time full of nature.
You can also visit the most important towns and places of the two countries (es. Cortona, Assisi, Firenze, Siena etc...).

4 apartments with 6-13 beds
The houses called Passaggio and Tabaccaia are the agriturismo apartments (rent apartments) and are 200mt. from the Pilari apartments (center of the farm). These are old houses too because they are the first houses built in the valley. The houses called Passaggio are made of two big apartments and those called Tabaccaia are made of two small apartments. This last house is called Tabaccaia because my Grandfather changed the use of this house into a big oven for drying Tobacco leaves.
Each of the big apartment of Passaggio is composed of: a big sittingroom with fireplace, two large double bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The only difference is that one is on the first floor and the other is on the second floor. Each of the small apartment of Tabaccaia is composed of: a big sittingroom with kitchen corner, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
These apartments are like the others, in fact one is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The Tabaccaia ground floor has also a big veranda. All the apartments, with independent entrance. heating and hot water, are surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool (14 mt x 7 mt x 1,40 mt). In the garden there are also three gazebo (with lamps for the night) and a car parking.
