 General Information

La Letizia is a familiarly farm tenancy situated on a typical Tuscany cottage whose realization has been made during a time of about 150 years, indeed, according to the different necessities of peasants it was every time built, changed or enlarged.the main structure as it is today, after a rebuilding that we have made so to get more comfortable the staying of our guests, has remained more or less unchanged and it keeps its own appearance of old times yet. The choice to "preserve" has been performed even on the management of fields, on the selections of tillage and on the production of our wine: so we have been able to maintain together with the methods, the tastes and smells of the past.

The five apartments have been drawn from the recovered of the old out- agricultural building and they are supplied of every comfort. The apartments are all double rooms with private bathroom, they have a safe, TV and all the necessary for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Available for each apartment there are also a large sunshade with external table and chairs and, on request, small barbecue. Giotto, born for the disabled customers is devoid of barriers, has an easy access, large services and equipped of suitable structures, the kitchen without unreachable pensile, it shows itself form one side on the swimming pool and from the other on a beautiful country landscape and it has a path always kept clear which leads to car parking. Moreover there are Donatello, Leonardo, Raffaello and Michelangelo.

La Letizia has 4 double rooms. All the rooms are furnished in a simple and functional way, they have private bathroom with shower, TV and for all of them the addition of one more bed is possible.La Violetta del pensiero (the Violet of thought), small and pretty, shown on the country landscape with its own fields and hills, exposed towards east, whispers good morning with the grace and shyness of the first sunshine. Il Garofano rosa (the pink clove) joyful and coloured.Il Girasole,(the sunflower) large and spacious, look at the small orchard and breath its own unique smell, a bouquet of plums, apricots, peaches and delicate figs like the whiff which leads them.Il Giglio Bianco (the white lily), simple, luminous and comfortable, from its flowery balcony it almost seems it’s possible to touch the quiet which reigns around.

La Letizia offers an exclusive restoration service for the customers with typical dishes of traditional cooking, and with the possibility to personalize the menu according to their needs.The swimming pool is well located and of easy access, is equipped of solarium with couches, deck-chairs and outdoor showers.The pool room and tennis court are at our customers use.A small area equipped with garden games is dedicated to kids.Moreover, it is possible to organize dinners and birthday parties, Holy Communions etc. ..It is possible to go trekking and cycling, on the very nearness it is possible to go riding horses, play golf, or is possible to give oneself up to some nestle at the “Antica Querciolaia” thermal complex famous for its beauty and the beneficial properties of its waters
