General Information
Agriturismo Il Belvedere is among the sweet hills of Valdichiana. From a distance you can easily see the simple elegance of the typical farmhouse of the open Tuscan countryside because it is surrounded by many olive trees which define the perimeter of a very well-kept garden with grass-land and pebbles.
In front of the building there is a wide treshing floor adorned by an enormous secular cluster-pine.
A wonderful swimming-pool of 16 m x 8 completes this pleasant garden with deck-chairs and sunshades.
A fresh portico and a gazebo with large wooden tables and benches gives you the possibility to spend many happy evenings with friends.
You can have a lot of thoughtless dinners thanks to a barbecue and an ancient oven which are always ready for you Many outside telecameras control the security of our guests.
We would have no problem to receive dogs unless previous advise.
The disabled guests of the agriturismo will find that we are fully equipped for them.
Moreover during our recent renovation we have made some changes in order to put everything at their disposition.
A reserved car park and a garage are always free for each apartment.

In the Arezzo agriturismo Il Belvedere nothing has changed and everything remembers the past of the Tuscan countryside with every modern convenience of the present times.
-3 apartments: 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
-5 apartments: 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.
In every apartment you can find a wide living-room with a sofa-bed and a fully equipped cooking corner. In everyone of our 8 apartments you can find a security alarm. The high ceilings with very ancient wooden beams help the rooms to remain always naturally fresh. Central heating, cable TV, linen and a washing machine in common are at disposition of our guests.
All apartments has been recently renovated. One of them is full of original XVIII century furniture. The others has only original ancient tables and wardrobes of the XVIII and XIX century. The wrought-iron beds are very comfortable with orthopaedical mattresses.
The apartments of the agriturismo Il Belvedere are completely equipped for disabled people.
Large windows with their window-sills made of pietra serena show you a wonderful landscape from Cortona to Arezzo, Montepulciano and Castiglion Fiorentino.
