The farm-holidays resort offers its guests an ancient beautifully situated farmhouse (336 mts above sea level), renovated and divided into four completely independent apartments.The farmhouse, located among a lush greenery, is enclosed and equipped with swimming pool, garden furniture and barbecue.The estate surrounding the charming farmhouse, extends for dozens of hectares in the heart of Chio Valley, one of the smallest and most fascinating Appenine Valleys, near Castiglion Fiorentino.
The valley, covered with olive trees and centuries-old oaks, is the ideal place either for visitors who wish to spend a relaxing holiday, or for tourists who want to visit the numerous fairs and village feasts in search of the typical dishes and traditional customs of Tuscany.
The estate produces and sells organic IGP extra-virgin olive oil of excellent quality.

Turn left at the third traffic-light and follow the signs for Polvano/Città di Castello.
Drive on for 6 km and after having passed Santa Cristina, turn left at the first crossing.
Our Farmhouse Le Capanne is at 500 mt distance at the top of a slight rise.
