General Information
On the inside of the agricultural farm complex you can find the antique farmhouse, home of the owners, traded back to the 12th century surrounded by other constructions which in the past were used as shelters for the agricultural activity and today, after a sage restructure, are destinated for the guests of the farm.
Equipped with a sunny swimming pool and a breathtaking view, the farm offers the possibility ! of refreshment, wine-tasting, and buying of typical tuscan goods of ou r production like wine, honey and aromatic herbs. On the inside of the structure or in the immediate vicinities it is offered the possibility to rent mountain bikes, to go horseriding and to attend to courses of traditional tuscan cuisine.
APARTMENTS
Each appartement consists of a single construction with their own spaces to the disposition of the guests. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom and an external private space our appartements are the ideal place to appreciate the quiet, the tranquility and enjoy the beautiful panorama which opens up on the below Valle di Chio with its antique village of Castiglion Fiorentino and the Val di Chiana as a frame.
AGRITURISMO SANTO STEFANO - ALVEARE
Located on a sunny hill of ulivi, the appartement Alveare has an extraordinary view on the surrounding valley: the Valle di Chio. Recently restructurated it still conserves characteristic varnished bricks, antique wooden beams and the pavement made of tuscan cotto.
The appartement is divided in day and night, with everything which is necessary to render your stay as comfortable as possible. Beside the double bed there is a sleeping couch which can accommodate two children.

A characteristic tuscan construction located in a particularly sunny zone from which you can enjoy, due to the altitude of 400 mt., a truly unique panorama on the Valle di Chio, the medieval part of Castiglion Fiorentino with the Val di Chiana in the background.
Subdivided in a matrimonial room, a small room, bathroom and living room with a cooking corner furnished with original tuscan furniture and supplied with everything to render your stay a comfortable one.
