 General Information

Fattoria le Ginestre is situated in the lovely valley of San Pancrazio and lies in 60 hectares of cultivated land divided into vineyards (7 hectares) olive groves (5 hectares), and woodland.

The valley is crossed by the Asciana torrent which, is to be found at the bottom of the valley, and joins the river Ambra which then flows into the river Arno. During your walks you will see that this valley has remained a little untouched paradise.

The farm is situated at 400 mt above sea level amongst the green Aretine hills, and we produce wine and an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
According to the season, in the surrounding woods, you will be able to pick chestnuts, every kind of mushrooms, cherries and local wild fruits.

The apartment Olivi is situated in the first and second floor of the building. It is composed of two double rooms, one room with bunk bed, one sofa bed situated in the living room, two baths, a large kitchen with fireplace, terrace, independent entrance and exit towards the swimming pool.

The apartment Greti is located in the first floor of the house, is composed of one double room, a comfortable bath and a big kitchen with living room. This apartment has a second exit in the garden just two steps away from the swimming pool.

The apartment Foresteria is situated in the first floor of the building, is composed of three double rooms, bath, a large kitchen with fireplace, a terrace, independent entrance towards the swimming pool.
