Torre del Guado Country House is an impressive stone manor house, located outside of medieval towns of Anghiari and Sansepolcro, birthplace of the great artist Piero della Francesca, in panoramic position amidst the green and picturesque landscape of Tuscany, at northeast of Arezzo, close to Umbria .
This charm medieval building, dating back to the 13th century, has been just converted into a warm and refined country holiday villa, furnished of all the benefits of modern technology.
Our elegant holiday farmhouse, sat in beautifully maintained gardens with a large ecological pool, features: 5 self-catering vacation-accommodations, each one individually designed, with separate entrance from the garden, welcoming atmosphere and a spectacular view on the hills and the valley, beautifully restored rooms for meetings, ceremonies (with catering service).
Museums, cultural sites, thermal baths, golf, tennis courts, horse-riding, shops, typical restaurants available at short driving distance.

All holidays apartments are brightly lit, with panoramic views of the surrounding Tuscan landscape. Each self catering apartment features: its own fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchenette (4 plates, gas, refrigerator, ice compartment, electric oven), dining table, washing machine, satellite TV, individual heating with counter. In every apartment: 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC. Lines, towels, swimming pool towels and tables cloche, iron and hair dryer are provided, Wireless internet by requested. Each apartment has its private outdoor sitting area with sunshade.

On the first floor: 1double bedroom and 1 bathroom. A warm and welcoming atmosphere is also due to the colour mauve . It sleeps 2+1.
Ginestra: this 2 level apartment, with 2 rooms, occupies 75 m².
On ground floor: living room with 1 double sofa-bed, kitchen corner, dining table for 4.
On the first floor: 1large double bedroom and 1 bathroom. A warm and welcoming atmosphere is also due to the colour yellow. It sleeps 2+2.

Iris: this 1 level splendid apartment, with 2 very large rooms, occupies 90 m², perfect for honeymoon and for small family groups.-Far from the typology of the other ones, this apartment is a wonderful suite with all comforts of a furnished apartment. It enjoys of great privacy because it is located at the first floor of the most ancient site of the villa, with its own private entrance.

The apartment prices includes: water’s consumption, gas, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning service, weekly change of linen and towels, use of: washing-machine, pool, mountains bikes, parking lot, baby cots, wood for fireplace, taxes.
The price does not include: use of heating (charged on the spot according
to usage) and additional bed.
Upon request, available, daily cleaning (charged extra).
Upon request, available private cooking for groups through service catering .
Daily booking: least 2 nights only in low and mid-low, 4 nights at Christmas and Easter.
Check-in: in summer only on Saturday from 5 pm to 8 pm; check-out: Saturday within 10,00 am.
Security: € 100 for apartment: the deposit will be returned on your departure.
During the booking it is in demand a down payment equal to the 30% of the whole cost of the stay, by bank transfer or credit card. Final Payment at check out.
