General Information
Ca' del Viva is situated between Arezzo in the Arno valley and Anghiari in the Tiber valley. The house and cottage have panoramic views in every direction and stand in a beautiful, tranquil position surrounded by meadows and woods. It was formerly part of a large estate owned by a Florentine marquis. Now, Ca' del Viva produces olives, sunflowers and grain.
There are three properties available for holiday accommodation which have been restored back to their original style. A swimming pool with stone-paved terrace and a small lake offer the opportunity for swimming in the hot summer months. There are many beautiful walks to take in this completely unspoilt countryside. From this base you can easily discover Tuscan culture and it's treasures. The stunning cities of Florence, Arezzo, Siena and Perugia are all within easy reach, and the smaller towns such as Sansepolcro (Piero della Francesca), Cortona, Assisi, Gubbio, Caprese Michelangelo (Michelangelo) and Anghiari have much to offer.
